Who We Are
The Rocky Hill United Methodist Church is a little church with a big heart. The focus of our worship can be summed up by paraphrasing the lyrics of a simple, yet powerful song: “God is so good...God cares for me...God loves me so.”
Bolstered by the support of a loving God we strive to care for each other and our neighbors, near and far, following the command from the founder of our faith, John Wesley:
“Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can.
At all the times you can.To all the people you can. As long as ever you can.”
The RHUMC is involved in mission work in our local community and throughout the world
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors to our church. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
